Analysis and Updates

Contacting our Customer Care department via telephone or through email may answer your questions immediately and open a dialog to determine the level of additional support required. Our ProHost® System Planning Services offer analysis and support to keep the integrity of your program intact. ProHost® System Training for Housekeeping Management may be purchased to reinforce information about ProHost® System operations. Distribution analysis and updates to operational manuals are also available for purchase.

In-Room Cleaning Training

Hostar offers a comprehensive guestroom cleaning training for room attendants for opening hotels and for hotels that are upgrading their guestroom standards. A complete training manual is prepared for your property that includes step by step cleaning processes and cleaning task profiles. The program is developed specifically around the hotel’s guestrooms and standards. Cleaning training guides and hands-on demonstrations are provided for the hotels housekeeping training personnel.

Field Service Support

Hostar provides field service support to hotels to help maintain their ProHost® Equipment. Our technical representatives offer support to hotel engineers as they maintain their ProHost® equipment. On our website, they can find downloadable catalogs for Equipment Replacement Parts and Power Replacement Parts. Hostar's parts desk is available to answer technical questions, verify part numbers and pricing, walk through change-out procedures and prepare quotes as requested. On-site visits can be arranged by telephoning or emailing Hostar to schedule an equipment audit to determine the condition and repair needs of the ProHost® equipment on your property.
